All that matters is the float - the available shares for retail. As the ceo has recently purchased over 100 million shares - the float remains small. From what I understand with ir - he bought it to keep the float under control during this market issue. Of course he always see this as an opportunity. So again - float is all that matters. Os could be 99 billion, but if the float is 50 mill, that’s all that would be available to trade. Dd.
