Everyone knows that “the float” in penny stocks is the whole damn thing. lol If only the so called float was trading don’t you think the pps would have gone up instead of taking a 12% drop. Come on. Be real. And if what you say is true then mathematically that means there was WAY MORE DUMPING going on than you think. Sorry, can’t have it both ways! LOL JMHO
