CEOS - I see Peter Zompa from H Wayne Hayes Jr's IICN shell as an officer here now. Guess after the FBI opioid bust linked to this shell, Hayes didn't want his wife, Valaria Sidorovich, associated with CEOS any more so maybe he got a new person to front for him.

I posted information about CEOS in the past. It is one of the Adam Tracy hijackings that got sold to H Wayne Hayes Jr.

It's the one that Hayes used his wife, Valaria Sidorovich, as the CEO then brought in the opioid peddler named Luca Sartini that killed over 700 people by illegally selling opiods using healthcare businesses as fronts

Tragic mess.

Such an ugly situation that everybody resigned from the Nevada SOS and took their names down off the OTC markets. Nobody wanted to be associated with CEOS at all.


So who is stupid enough to front for the shell now?

Robert Gardiner from Canada? Is that Robert Gardner (long time penny stock vet)? Or Robert Gardiner?

I've never heard of Robert Gardiner.

If it's Gardner then what a step down for Gardner. He used to be a sort of big shot out of Canada and over the years he's seen his status shrink to low level penny stock pump&dump CEO to having to settle for super dirty hijacked shells with ugly histories like CEOS.

From my notes I have Gardner involved in a bunch of Canadian stocks:

Q-Gold Resources Ltd (QGR)
Viridis Energy Inc (VRD)
First Star Resources Inc (FS)
Genco Resources Ltd (GGC)
Kootenay Gold Inc (KTN)
Triple Dragon Resource Inc (TDN)

Then he moved over to the US where he got involved in

Atlas Technology Group (ATYG) from 2005 - 2009
Loredo Resources Inc (LRDR) from 2012 - 2014
Olie Inc (OLIE) from 2013 - 2014

LRDR and OLIE were both pretty heavily promoted and both had offshore links going on with Elco Securities Ltd in the Bahamas.

OLIE got suspended mid-pump on January 27, 2014

If that is Robert Gardner, it is interesting to see Robert Gardner back at it again with the super dirty CEOS shell.


Either way the key here is Peter Zompa, the other officer now listed at the Nevada SOS. Zompa helps with the financials for IICN which was another Adam Tracy hijacked shell that got sold to H Wayne Hayes Jr.

Zompa is from Miami, Florida like the last Hayes Jr/Sartini group that was involved here before and Hayes Jr already knew Zompa from IICN so it is easy to see how Zompa got involved here as a new officer.

So is Zompa just another front for Hayes Jr?


Not sure how much he can accomplished with this shell after the embarrassing connections to the FBI opioid ring bust.

I'd like to think that Hayes Jr just straight up sold the shell, but knowing how his other shells like TRON, CRSM, and IICN work (with Hayes Jr using debt in the shells to give himself a bunch of free trading stock), I'll have to keep an eye on new filings to see if Hayes Jr stays involved through any convertible debt Notes or anything.
