By your way of thinking, you would have sold all your Apple shares everytime Ernst & Young got fined( which is multiple times through the years).

Also read the report - He loses his Registration for 2 years & not banned which is for the more serious errors.

People - This happens to the best of Firms from time to time. The big firms get fined millions, the smaller ones get suspended.
