Humph again. Just because you don't KNOW them doesn't mean they don't exist. Even in Charlotte. Just about everyone uses hot pepper. In Italian stuff, in Mexican stuff, in other stuff, if you're like me.
I could also give you a recipe for hot sauce. But you want some pretty hot peppers for that, and if I'm not mistaken, you didn't grow any habs or other hots this year.
