Well, there's only so much one can plan for....(or not ;)...
I'm actually accused often of "being so negative" and a "doomsday" guy lol, when of course my response, and the fact is that's my job. To at all times be aware of every single possible negative event which may or may not occur and the 100 different ways which it not only will be addressed, but overcome...(Hence the library full of A-Z plans ;) lol....
How would one expect or overcome such deceit displayed by associates and employee's? (See, for me that's a simple one because 100 different email accounts pass through me 24/7 ;) LOLOL (True story. I get a notification for every single company email account with the subject and first sentence or two)..
I don't see anything but upside from sale depending on how proceeds utilized, and can readily think of several uses which would yield not only more revenue, but immeasurably favorable positioning. They're currently between 2 separate Nevada application processes, as well as the NV 40k. I'd write the check for the 40k (greenhouse, very quick and less expensive) and have whatever remains for additional retail in superior location. Even 50% of current 30k now at about week 7-8 of veg is close to multi ton, as would be the 40k...
If going greenhouse, one would be quite surprised what $3MM+/- can get you ;) lolol....so my position is simply trade a mediocre dispo for a 40k?, all day long, where do I sign up :) lol......with change left over for a dispo build out (possibly 2?)....that's a "no brainer" and as stated, from where I sit?...an indicator "they've finally got it/the game"....
I understand why many would not understand various aspects....I truly do.....but as someone who lives and breathes these engagements.....I just don't see the problems/issues......they're just not there...
Maybe just differences of life experiences and professions and such.....mine is dedicated to figuring out solutions....how to get what we want....
All an obstacle represents is guidance to how such should be performed to accomplish the desired result....
Sometimes the path is a long one......sometimes a complicated one.....but the important thing is staying on track and executing the project itself.....They've got multiple CA permits in limbo, structures ready for build outs, dispo's in NV, 30k NV, 2nd 40k NV, between 2 app permit periods in NV, with NJ unfolding and even "worse case scenario" structures in place (regardless of site).....and these are all bad things? :) LOLOL

All the bullhorn picketing aside (here :) lol.....CA permits about to start dropping and much more.....
