See, and again, that's why I don't understand all the doomsday nonsense around a "worse case scenario", as the "worst case scenario" is actually the best case scenario.
New parcel would be a fraction of any rent, structures owned....outlay would be transfer and set up (which would probably be less than a single month's pull).....
The only downside truly would be time to sort out, but that could also probably be done within a time frame between now/current and app decisions....
As addressed previously, the current (NJ) status and opportunities are misunderstood, as there are actually 3 different sets of opportunities with 3 different sets of issues...(Current operations, additional medical licensing, and additional adult use licensing).....
I maintain...and will....they're good to go in NJ and looks fine.....and thats spoken as an operator charged with such tasks, not a shareholder, which is always where I try to remain...
I simply don't see the issues...I'd gladly welcome such a scenario and engagement, no problem....(due to so many readily identifiable solutions...)
