As far as anyone knows with concrete evidence ( no pun intended) Mr. Ibeto is not even involved in this whole charade.

JA sold the shares to Milost/Palewater who still own them. Ibeto will buy them only if Milost/Palewater can do the impossible (now).

Ibeto will never "buy" these shares and the PR's saying he already has are lies.

It is a scam.

Who knows? What we DO know is that as of 28 June, the contemplated reverse merger had NOT been completed.

There's been no action from FINRA, though the company said it had submitted a corporate action request on or before 28 June.

What there has been is an SEC suspension. And no comment from CYPE or from Ibeto since then.
