just some good old friendly fact finding-ZN noted it was 1st time they had dealings w sec- and given the high % of companies i've been in which had sec etc interaction would not be surprising
I do agree they will double check everything before releasing a PR-
ZN still has the legal obligation to keep us informed- and may suffer false accusation if substantive leaks are attributed to ZN before a PR-so ZN has to consider that also
