It’s an opinion not a statement...sometimes these lawsuits are more complex than what appears on paper; i.e. TMPS having used some of the $10m loan to fund TMPS operations...TMPS is in sink or swim mode and it seems like Terry is praying to win an award on his first air to air refueling contract bid despite the fact that the planes he would use for the award are not airworthy and are also not in the United States.
