that is an unlikely assumption mud, but lets just just entertain that madness for a moment- 200m share OS is nothing. the share structure here is incredibly small as is the amazingly small float. majorly bullish any way you slice it.

Quote from latest filing Q3:
"Dilutive common stock equivalent shares, which may dilute future earnings per share, consist of warrants to purchase 4,618,167 shares of common stock at March 31, 2018. '

By next filing due sept. 30, that figure of outstanding warrants may be much higher. And we won't know the figure unitl then. There is no requirement for any public announcement. This is the likely reason for ongoing share price weakness while the farm bill with hemp provisions is being discussed and finalized by sept 30. .

Don't believe the nonsense of no dilution. The company is telling us there is ongoing dilution.
