So what if Tony's got more time to cook Baltia's books, and shred/edit/create records?

It won't matter.

Tony can't invent the truth, make destroyed capital re-appear, set the clock back a few years, or restore torched relationships with FAA, DOT, SEC, PANYNJ, other gate-keepers, and 'loyal shareholders.'
