Yes I would not bet on that (mistake) happening again. I had said in an earlier post we would not know the actual bidders or their final offers even after the winner was selected without a shareholder lawsuit against Bioamber and some discovery. For the peeps that do this legal monitor work regularly I do have to wonder..... WTF?
