whiskeyncIn honor of Shark Week, a drink of the Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea Kentucky Straight Bourbon Very Small Batch is in order. Voyage 13. Medium honey color supports the floral and citrus notes on the nose. There are hints of salted caramel. The palate is smooth and supports the salted caramel with a mid palate pepper and light oak finish. Overall another fine showing by Jefferson's.
