who- so you match Company wording to an interested party willing to buy stock/equity - sort of a partnership.

That would match the AS increased beyond Warrant strike OS, so to speak - assuming it is at a favorable price?

Then, why have they signaled doing an RS if needed again, if the next offering is assumed to be positive and above SP?

Also, will Company still wait until such a partnership materializes until starting phase-3 or will they eventually go forwards and just 'sell some shares at market price'?

I and others are still a little bit confused about the current situation.

Nice that they got one non-clinical BPX-01 phase-3 data point removed last week.
