Wow you just described a fully reporting company under the exchange act not a shell. A shell has no operating business. CRSM has two operating businesses. This is just a matter of filing some updated info telling otcmarkets they are a former shell and have an operating business now.

What you just described would mean the 9000 companies on otcmarkets who didnt file a form 10 are all shells....thats not correct but it was funny.
