I'm not 100% sure, but I would say if New Belgium did it then why can't Sipps. I don't think the farm bill is essential, but at least it would be a big catalyst that would bring attention to hemp stocks in general.
The last paragraph was my question, except I asked whether Sipp could bypass the TTB when the President signs the Hemp bill into law thus expediting the Nationalization of MHBA. Hmm!
