The fully diluted share count is close to 600 million. They switched the RM to prefs to try to avoid the OS issue they would run into and the attendant “market cap” that would not be justified.
But make no mistake...the market cap at the current pps on a fully diluted basis is over $100 million...and that isn’t sustainable.
