penny....I hope this information is correct. As much as I have looked around, I do not see any reference to this happening.

If the storage tanks are starting to be built, will we get an announcement of financing, or is this part of the original financing that was announced.

Again, if this is going to happen Monday, it will quiet many on this board, and prove that MMEX's building of a refinery is not a scam. That would be excellent!!

Also, if this is going to happen Monday, our share price should reflect the action.
