Quote NO LOL, "Hornet.. 400M new shares = $20m cash for CELZ to work with towards R&D and salaries...Not a bad thing at all
"

Uh...NO....NO...and a big ole NO.....noper....TOTALLY FALSE and TOTALLY CONTRARY TO THEIR OWN SEC FILED 10-Q...or ANY SEC FILING of their's for that matter.....just plain WRONG....

Those 400 MILLION TOILET PAPER SHARES were issued to TOXIC DEBT NOTE HOLDERS (convertible floorless debt of the worst kind..at a 60% discount to market price and FLOORLESS...not bottom to how low a price the lender can get on the shares)

Those 400 MILLION SHARES paid back a lousy few $100K that IS ALREADY SPENT...the avg price per share is SUB ONE CENT that those lenders paid per share....

GOTTA READ SEC FILINGS...AND UNDERSTAND THEM...they're there for a DAMN GOOD REASON...

$20 MILLION CASH to this company (LOL !!) ....the company finished last qtr with $100K TOTAL CASH LEFT TO THEIR BROKE NAME...against MASSIVE DEBTS...just their accounts payable (bills due in 30 to 45 days) was about $250K and they had less than half that in CASH....they're teetering on BK and/or INSOLVENCY at any given moment...INCLUDING RIGHT NOW...as their last TOXIC NOTES ISSUED IN APRIL will have already been SPENT BY RIGHT ABOUT NOW per their own given CASH BURN RATE...most of which goes BACK TO THE 100% PRIVATE OWNED PARENT COMPANY...the insider's lil boy's club....

Summary of CELZ the POS PENNY STOCK: ALMOST NO CASH..NO ASSETS...HUGE CURRENT LIABILITIES AND BILLS DUE...MASSIVE LONGER TERMS DEBTS..A BUTT LOAD OF TOXIC (DEATH SPIRAL) CONVERTIBLE TOXIC NOTES OWED...simple as that....

There's no fantasy $20 MILLION...LOL....NOT A CHANCE IN H...

PLEASE POINT OUT IN GREAT DETAIL WHERE IN THAT SEC FILED 10-Q (BALANCE SHEET IS PAGE 4...ONE CAN START THERE)...ANY PLACE THAT FACTUALLY SHOWS they have ANY real CASH (let alone $20 million) and give page numbers please....or ANY OTHER SEC FILING is fine to......
