Well, not quite. What’s Ted doing other than diluting? His goal is to build MP as primary. Subsequently he’s diluting like crazy. His goal is not to rip shareholders first and maybe build MP too. But 5 Billion shares will fund this company for some time. Equivalent at 5 Billion is $6/share per your initial years-long-hold analysis.

Bob, what about all the funds buying HMNY?

https://fintel.io/so/us/hmny

You think all these funds acquiring HMNY anticipate a 250:1 Reverse split and continued dilution selling driving price down thereafter?

If not, why not?

If so, why buy? Why not wait?

Do you think all these funds also consider MP and Helios to go bankrupt? If so, why buy? If not, why?

Granted, some healthy sized puts owned, yet overall, fund long position ownership is quite decent. And newly acquired too.

But Bob, that doesn’t address the equiv $6 per share valuation at 5 Billion shares you suggested (as 70 Million shares = $428 a share as worthy hmny valuation) Ted’s goal is to build MP. Yet you think Ted’s goal has changed or has always been to destroy hmny first? Makes little logical sense. Yet this is your reply argument.
