I think it is good for each to focus on their own companies.

KGKG still is majority owner of VATE.

But it is my concern that KG is missing a brand development opportunity. KG should encompass the full range of CBD bottled , can bevs. This includes one of the most fast moving products - bottled coffee based and flavored drinks.

In what (to me) seems like walking away from this opportunity - VATE is moving into energy drinks via canned coffee cbd products

How does this not compete?
