I would say Nader did an excellent job to safe or turnaround the company from a close bankruptcy into a working biotech again having PRO 140.
And he surely achieved a lot!
Maybe, it is time to slowly hand over company to a more sector specific CEO within the next months? I don't know, but it could help quite a bit if he is willing to hand over the position swallowing his ego for the better of the company. Who shall lead? I guess that is obvious now.
