Weezuhl- Yes, now that I have had time to read it, it looks like they sold warrants that could be converted to common shares at certain strike prices.

They sold 6.6 million warrants

No they did not. The warrants are the share sellers warrants. Warrants will be sold together with the shares. All sales price will go to the sellers. Not to IPCI at all.

IPCI will get money only if buyer decides to convert warrants to shares.
