WHat I would like is for this company to come out and put it in plain ENGLISH what exactly this means. But that might be asking way too much.

The more I look at this, the more I think it is to block Odidi from doing another offering.

That's what I think too. My guess is, there has been some negotiation between Odidi and Boyd, but it has not lead to satisfaction. Boyd has gone to plan B then.
