That's one of the smartest things I've seen posted here. The trick would be to accumulate the stock without causing a wild price swing. It traded about $7 worth of shares today and went up over 16%.

The company also has a lot of debt on its books, so I don't know how attactive it is as a shell company. OTOH, at the price you are looking at it's worth the risk IMHO. At .0002, you could by 10% of the company's market cap for $2000. Then if and when someone decides to use it as a reverse merger to bring a company public, you would easily make a profit. You just need to load up at a low price to make it worth the risk.
