WOW... CYBA only has a 3,752,654 OS.... Rumors has it something is stirring lately.

Yea this might be an excellent time to grab a few shares for a nice lotto play here. After it's been sitting dormant for so long and then all of the sudden the OTC gets updated tells me something is in the works and with only 3.2 million OS what a time to buy.
