Yup. Pretty smart! Not only did they lock-in future supply at "preferred wholesale pricing", they own 5% (7% diluted) of the producer so they get first dibs on more capacity if needed and will share in their success.

The casual observer doesn't understand what a big day this was. What the big three did today compared to Emblem (US prices):

This "flat" day was another big win as Emblem held the gains from the past two days while the industry tanked. It is now up about 15% from the lows just two days ago. You missed the bottom, but we'll let you join in now and ride it up with us.
In case you missed it... Emblem IR (Ethan) confirmed the OTCQX application went in weeks ago and they will be off the OTC Pink "any day now". US volume was higher than Canadian volume and this uplisting will drive the price higher.
Many positive drivers to be released in a row and momentum will build.
