It's not that they have not been warned. I, among others, have been speculating since early July that there will most likely be another PWC report in mid-July, although I originally thought it would come a bit earlier. But I understand, it takes time and money to put such reports together.
And it was smart of PWC to wait to have at least (2) bidders included in the 3rd report, to provide clarification to us shareholders, that there is and will most likely be additional equity bidders during this SISP process. Looks like they can not disclose who the 'Qualified Bidders' are. However, we know at least (2) of them now.
