On the main page of www.cytocom.com, it still has the link for John Abeles being appointed as Cytocom CEO.

I don’t see any confirmation that he’s not CEO anymore.

If Abeles did step down as CEO of Cytocom, I’m pretty sure that would be an 8-k event, just like it was 8-k’ed when Saiid Zarrabian stepped down as Cytocom CEO years ago, it was 8-k’ed. Not sure why anybody thinks he stepped down.
