Based on the daily dollar volume very few are buying ERHC even at this price. Instead, I believe most are merely holding onto their ERHC shares because they are worth so little they aren't worth selling.
If you already have bought your lottery tickets and blew a lot of money for them, you aren't going to throw them in the trash no matter how slight your chance of winning is.
