The other three cases are moving forward. This Friday there is a deadline for the Twitter case and their motion to change venue's.

Is there a deadline? Haven't heard that! Please, provide any backup, anything at all, to show logic behind that!

Who KNOWS the talks have been "serious"? If they have been serious, how long have they been serious??
