Khawk.....Chili's are seasonal, (but a nice kick..), and I would certainly expect fluctuation if it was exclusive for income. Jan mentioned optimistically turning dirt over on grading/utilities for Project possible by Oct...(!!!)
I think once the solid construction begins, that should diminish or even eliminate that cycle, (rinse/repeat)....But we are still in OTC, so we are always going to have some degree of Flies.... ;-)
