Yes, V-Group will get 20% for incubating the deal but then LOFB is Medi Mike's company. Buzzy will stick with the company for 1 or 2 years till it is standing on it's own two feet or until there is no longer mutual benefit.

For instance: Buzzy is still Fernhill's biggest cheerleader because he is benefiting, they are both benefiting, by piggy backing off all the Authorizations such as 7 Eleven. Go $VGID!
