It’s been discussed here previously.
Based on what Chas has shared with us, that Earl guy created a problem for the Co by filing an unauthorized and (untrue) reporting through the Edgar system. Because of that the Company’s Audit firm, AJ Robbins has had to provide a very thorough and detailed Audit of 5Qs and 2Ks for the Feds. Anybody with any public company knowledge or experience will tell you that most Companies would not make it through that.
The fact that this much time has gone by and the Company is not de-listed tells me that Chas has been representing to us truthfully, and that the Company is very much alive.
We’ll know soon enough.
The big thing is what does management have planned to generate revenue. That is what I’m interested in learning. Naval said that mgmt has plans in place for after the co gets fully reporting. THAT is what I look forward to hearing about.
