Worst case scenario in my eyes is liquidation, which still values the shares higher then it’s trading.

Liquidation I’d say is not happening after PWC confirmed multiple competing bids. We’re good here...

The MMs are obviously pretty savvy chaps. Not that they probably care, but wouldn't they also stand to lose a shitload for clients if it doesn't work out in a positive way EOM?

Yes, possibilities. Can anyone answer this question: Why would ANYONE place a 500K block of stock with an BID for 052, unless it was a pre-planned, unmonitored short? We all might place a buy or sell transaction with, say, a 60 day period, if our selling/asking price is temporarily outside the parameters of a given day's trading. But just this week, who does that? Who does that, knowing that in all likelihood the stock will shoot up in a few days? Unless some insider expects, say, liquidation, and given what we know, that's gotta be but a 5% chance compared to other options, with a low expected value. Can anyone clear this up?
