It really is disappointing, but will be interesting to see how this plays out. Would seem odd to increase the A/S only to reverse split it so soon, so I don't think a reverse split is in order. And issuing more shares at this price really leads no room for profit for convertible noteholders.
So there is a possibility that the share price could increase soon, in some way or another, which will allow more shares to be issued from that 14 billion increase.
But we'll see. Something to bring up in the conference call.
