#4225 RE: GunShow_Trader #4224

Why would anyone want shares? EAIN is an empty shell. It has been 7 months since the name change and reverse split and they still haven't merged the operating company into the shell.

The collapse in the stock price in the last few months should provide a pretty good indication that the merger won't happen.

I hope I am wrong, but I have seen no positive signs from this company at all in 2018. No news, no merger, only one public filing, which shows virtually no assets and no revenue.

Current market cap is around $1.2 million, assuming no recent dilution.

That is pretty expensive for an empty shell. They generally go for between $250,000 and $500,000.

Let's see if they even bother to file another quarterly or annual report.

Hopefully they will at least continue to file to maintain the value of the shell.

What a freaking shame, should have sold when they didn't respond to my last 2 emails. Just goes to show that no matter how good it sounds or looks you just don't trust a quiet company or CEO.
