And why now and not when the price is at $35 or more?.

Two or three times in the past when I was a holder I thought "okay, here we go now" and added to my holdings while at near term highs. Each time I was promptly smacked in the head with a dilution or a blunder or a set-back. I'd like to hold this stock again, but I can't pull the trigger currently because I have every expectation of seeing a big dip.
