$TRTC STILL WAITING

NJ requires applicants to have multiple licenses and IMHO TRTC does not qualify do to the termination of KEn VV and civil suit there in .

"...notes that applicants would have to operate a dispensary and facilities that do cultivating and manufacturing and provide evidence of site control and verification of the approval of the governing body in the municipality where they intend to locate. The business can be either nonprofit or for profit and is also required to submit a business plan including a budget detailing revenues and expenses over a five-year period..."

"...A mandatory pre-application conference is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 9 at the Department of Health headquarters in Trenton..."

"...Applications are due Friday, Aug. 31, 2018. Applicants chosen to proceed in the permitting process will be announced Nov. 1, 2018..."

LOLOL! Excellent point - and the response has been crickets except a bloviating budtender.

"Maybe an expert in the industry can advise How can they apply as a non resident in the next 30 days and prepare a 5 year budget on a location they do not have ?"

Magnum understands TRTC much better than any poster.

A Budtender with limited understanding of business and certainly zero understanding of securities law or Accounting - the 280E nonsense is too funny for a company with millions in carry forward losses.

Sorry no cannabis business experts on the board.

New Jersey Applications-Post #264006

Maybe an expert in the industry can advise How can they apply as a non resident in the next 30 days and prepare a 5 year budget on a location they do not have ?

The reader can search the post number above to find the dozen replies to that which is presented.

1. There are 3 different New Jersey opportunities, with 3 different sets of criteria. Residency are not necessarily applicable to all, and when the case, there are numerous ways which such requirements are addressed and overcome every day, nationwide, even by the most novice groups.

2. Cultivation financial templates required for such application requirements and processes are available online for as little as $400 for groups that do not already possess such and can be completed within hours. (Google can assist further)

3. The company has been prepared/preparing their application(s) since 2017. 30 days is more than adequate for a seasoned group to prepare the most extensive of applications. For those lacking such from previous application processes, those can be purchased online as above.

The 1st time applicant and industry novice can, and do easily achieve the above every day of the year nationwide.

What may also be of note is there are many out of state groups preparing applications this second in New Jersey as well.

This is now the 2nd time this very same post and questions/issues have been addressed.

no need for a reply, the entire question is nonsense.

How?

hmm, just like everybody else does. Only trtc has a major leg up on the competition with a long history of direct Industry related business in the State of NJ. They have also been through this entire process in not one but two States already and have worked with regulators in NV, CA and NJ on setting policy. In addition trtc also operates multiple dispensaries in multiple States (6 altogether with two more opening very soon), Grow Operations in multiple States and lets not forget the Extraction Labs with another set to open very soon. To ask a question like how can they possibly prepare a budget, a five year plan etc... is just silly non sickle babbling. trtc will probably be the most qualified and well positioned company to apply. How can they right a plan? really? lol, they could just take the books of any of their business's and photocopy it.

after all...

business is blüming!!!

Seriously though....those were ignored due to the absolutely laughable absurdity of anyone claiming a superior knowledge of frankly, anything whatsoever....

Let's have some fun, shall we? ;)

Quote:
prepare a 5 year budget on a location they do not have ?"

A feat of such magnitude that hundreds of applicants do it nationwide for application processes with readily available templates designed for such widely available for as cheap as $400 lol...

Of course a seasoned group already has their own developed and can tweak for a specific project in an hour or 2......lol...

Can we try another?

OOooooo.....30 days for an application.....wow.....now, that's a tough one....

Except they've been preparing for at least the past 12 months.

Note: We've pumped out 10,000+/- page applications from blank page in 30 days or under in tight deadline scenarios(without 12 months to prepare)....(Our record was 20 something days, a dispo and a 15k cultivation, all engineering included, branding, from scratch, with both apps almost hitting probably close to 20,000 pages...(That's 4 cases of 8 x 11 paper LOL)

Residency was answered (and ignored).....I think twice...

So much for their credibility I guess......

The "experts" who are unaware cultivation (or dispo) app templates available for couple hundred online....(go ahead, google it :) LOLOLOLOL

Seriously.....and these are the words and behavior of those declaring superior knowledge and understanding of anything :) LOLOL

business is blüming!!!

More of the same old claims that have been debunked time after time.

And the OP thinks it worthy of keeping in the eyes of all. LOL!
