If I were the CEO I wouldn't even think of selling FNJN yet until all the lawsuits settled..
They don't have to sell it as well besides once the pps is above $5 and continue to hold in that area we are no longer be considered as penny stock.. The institutions can start buying shares and this will lead us to a better ROI..

You have to wonder with this increase being fairly gradual when the 700,000 shares short will cover.

It sure doesn’t seem like much short covering has occurred.

And as someone pointed out earlier the actual outstanding shares is small.
