The contwnts of pr's since 5/25. In all those pr's its been told about the r/m of a multi billion dollar co into a stinky pinky from the OTC. FLAG#1, then name change/ticker change flag #2. Its stated clearly in the reasons for a suspension of a stock as these being 2 main reason to suspend a stock while they further evaluate the truth.....or lies in such pr's.
