not sure why you posted that as a response to my posting but it is a good question. As almost no one should have any shares at this point. Those who do should have very few.

Well it looks like Marco was jockeying for ownership of 2.55 billion shares or 51% of the company (pre split) from reading the Cognovit Note, via SOS Texas records. And our good friend RCA signed off on it. So my question to RCA is, does Marco own 2.55 billion or approx 36,000 shares (post split)? Since your sig. is on the document dated Feb 1, 2006 you should know, right?

Marco cannot determine what the number of shares are because Madison Transfer Agent is refusing to provide the corporate records claiming that they have a "lien" on them for some $16000 in Paul Taylor fraud debt and their "attorney fees" for the frivolous lawsuit they brought in an effort to avoid the Pennsylvania judgment.

Marco asked the Court to direct that the books be transferred, but most likely the Court will rule that it's outside the scope of the litigation.

As soon as there is a ruling in the New York suit, Marco will sue in Texas to obtain the books and damages from Madison Transfer.
