Read the letters on the website. Thus is a good thing and will bring some action into CCTL. IMO

$CCTL may not have a choice. If Sharp goes to court and Schaefer has not reinstated the corporation and updated financials, then he will get control and that is probably not a bad thing. Sharp is known as one who doesn't like scams. Just look what his endorsement of $RDGL yesterday did for that stock.

Besides, what is Schaefer doing for the shareholders of this company? Nothing.
