Looks to me like the 4 Bidders put up that loading wall @ 5. We cleared 5's out a few times and I don't believe that after all this time, that many holders are trying to unload. They just don't want it to go back to 6/7 until they are loaded.
Problem is, if the company speaks before they are loaded, well, they know what happens.
