The company knows what they have in the pipeline and how close multiple products are to being launched.Their testing accuracy has been scrutinized by the most important authority, the FDA.
They have started to make public announcements because they are thinking of uplisting, not diluting because they haven't been. Facts speak for themselves. IMO
