They are talking about bringing a new
company public, (Simple Cork, Inc.). I don't believe for a minute that they will jump through all of the hoops that it entails. They will either purchase a defunct shell, like Dror did with Rich Cigars, or they will change the name again of Mining Power group, Inc. It really won't matter. They will issue shares for the new company, but Simple Cork will still be unmarketable like it has been for the last two years. Any shares issued for SCI, should be sold asap, IMHO
