Good point woodenbear. Some of us, including me and Saltz, accepted CYDY's tender offer for some of our warrants at 50 cents / share. That raised $$$ for CYDY. I agree that the better question would have been whether there are any future plans to have a tender offer of outstanding warrants for a reduced price which is a win-win for shareholders (getting shares for less than the warrant price) and for CYDY (raising funds without further dilution).
