A deal for what? What would another company hire BVTK or DPT for? E1? Tuitio? Erebus? None of these products have any sales history, not even a small order for testing purposes.

Where’s the technical support for BVTK’s software? Where’s the manufacturing facility for DPT’s sensors? How are they going to manage huge contracts if they don’t have the current infrastructure to satisfy the demand?

There’s absolutely no chance that they will get a deal that justifies the kind of valuation that they’re hyped up to be. IMO
