I think an aspect many don't understand (how could they if they haven't been through it) and something I readily understand and have seen (as I have been through it many times) is yes, I stated frequently, they've made several/quite a few mistakes. Absolutely.

But those mistakes have come early in operations, and as they proceed, have been remedied through a greater familiarity (and competency) with the various processes.

Translation:
Your going to more accurately forecast and be much more competent on your 5th project than your 1st, your 10th than your fifth, and so on.....

Of course, continued commentary would never point that out, for numerous reasons, but most likely because many have not done or experienced such in business and in life.

Your 10th state application is going to be much quicker, more thorough than your first.

Your views and understandings of the market are going to be infinitely greater on your 10-15th application in your 2nd and 3rd states than your first in one.

As addressed before, one of their greatest mistakes which I was most critical of was acquisitions as opposed to the organic growth they have adopted, which already has shown an immense improvement as well as firm indication of adhering to such.'

I think they sought acquisitions early due to wanting to rapidly establish their footprint, which all above combined has led to a much more refined and focused (and wiser) approach which has already paid off. (CA pipeline or permits, possible additional NV, as well as NJ upcoming).

The above applies to anyone, anywhere, anytime in any industry, and is essentially the natural evolution of all business's.....

My business currently is doing obscenely well....but it has taken many years of refinement to reach such, and there was more than a unfortunate moments which helped along the way...

Given the rate at which all to date has been developed and the natural process above, it is no surprise they finally seem to have hit a point of greater wisdom, which is now clearly displayed in their actions.

All picketing aside, they are in fact better positioned month by month, with a larger pipeline month by month, with wiser decisions month by month.

As I sit (and live) in a similar chair, at a similar desk, I am actually the most critical of anyone here regarding their operational specifics...My entire life and career is doing virtually exactly what they are...

And what I see is more and more encouraging as they proceed....I'd say the most recent actions a display "they've finally got it".

The 24/7 aggressive campaign can continue, but that has nothing to do, nor affects the actual accomplishments and progress being made day by day, week by week, month by month...
